Paul H. Selden

Paul H. Selden holds a PhD. in behavioral psychology, is a Certified Quality Engineer, and has had a successful business career spanning 23 years. He owns and is CEO of several profitable companies with offices in Detroit, Kalamazoo and London, one of which received Ford Motor Company's prestigious Excellence Award for professional services five years in a row. Active in research, his latest book is entitled Sales Process Engineering. His clients have included General Electric Capital Corporation, Frito-Lay, Kemper, Citicorp, and Chemical Bank.

Donald E. Rodda

Donald E. Rodda's career spans nearly 30 years in positions of top management, manufacturing and process engineering. As president of Weldcraft Products, Don grew the company to record sales and earnings for seven out of eight years. Most recently Don was president of Midland Manufacturing, a division of Dover Corp. While at Midland Don grew sales by 88% with pretax margins exceeding 25%, twice being awarded Dover's award as its top corporate performer. In addition, he led the company through a number of successful international acquisitions.

Sophronia W. Ward

Sophronia W. Ward (Frony) possesses a PhD. in statistics and 35 years experience as a consulting statistician in business and industry. Even while on the faculty at the University of Tennessee, Frony became well-known in the field, being one of the founders of the internationally recognized and highly successful Institute for Productivity through Quality. SHe has written or co-authored numerous articles. Since leaving academia 20 years ago, her clients have included Buick, Pet Foods, Corning Glass, Harley Davidson, Gallo Winery, and W.L. Gore.
